3 Ingredient High Protein Dip & Spread (Flavor options: Jalapeño, Strawberry, Lemon, Garlic)

I have a game changer for you! Cottage cheese blended up is SO creamy, and this dip tastes like a flavorful whipped cheese. (I guess technically, it is. 😂)

You’ll need low-fat cottage cheese and cream cheese. I use the flavored cream cheese for ease, but you can also add in your own jalapeños if they’re handy. Other amazing additions: strawberries, fresh basil (amazing on tomatoes or pears topped with a little balsamic!), garlic (say hello to your new favorite garlic bread), lemon juice + zest - the possibilities are endless.

  1. Mix together a 60/40 blend of low-fat cottage cheese to cream cheese. I used an immersion blender for ease, but you can also use a regular blender.

  2. Blend it up until creamy & enjoy!

(If blending it warmed it up, you can always pop it in the fridge for ~10 minutes. Storing it in the fridge also makes it easy to add to a charcuterie platter, veggie tray, or however you’re serving it.
