3-Ingredient Healthy Summer Dessert

Easiest. Healthy. Summer. Dessert. EVER.

Not much to say here besides the fact that this is a staple for me when I have a sweet craving but don’t want to load up with sugar before bed.

3 ingredients to summer dessert.

  1. Slice up strawberries

  2. Add a dollop of non-fat greek yogurt (I’m always looking for ways to sneak in extra protein!)

  3. Top with a sprinkle of Prymal coffee creamer. I LOVE the Blueberry Pancake & Cinnamon Dolce flavors - but the Cacao Mocha would also be amazing!


That’s it. Easy peasy, almost feels like I shouldn’t be posting it as a “recipe” but I’m always here to share the goods! If you don’t have greek yogurt, I promise this is just as good with fresh strawberries & Prymal. Sometimes I prefer it that way!


You can also mix well & freeze, add bananas, blueberries, granola, peanut butter or other toppings! 😋
