Mission Statement
AllRootsWellness is dedicated to improving the mental wellbeing of individuals through free resources & education to relieve stress, release overwhelm, manage anxiety & increase joy.
On our website, you can find access to articles and third party resources including but not limited to: guided meditations, breathwork practices, finding a therapist, crisis hotlines, work-life balance, creativity practices, and healthy living.
Through our thoughtfully curated wellness retreats, women have the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world in order to reconnect with themselves, because we believe that when we can can find & return to our soul purpose, we can offer our best selves to the collective and for the greater of all good.
We believe that mental health should be inclusive & accessible, and strive to provide a safe space for all individuals regardless of race, gender affinity, sexual orientation, national origin, color, age, disability or other legally protected characteristics.
Donations made to AllRootsWellness help funds spots for women in need on the Get Rooted: Wellness Retreats alongside community impact efforts to provide mental health care for those in need. We also allocate proceeds from the Mental Wellness Collection to fund these spots and provide additional funding to the below organizations.
National Alliance on Mental Illness

They also provide a free & confidential help hotline for anyone struggling with mental health.
The NAMI HelpLine can be reached Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., ET.
